Each rider and horse will be coached as unique individuals. We strive to consider the goals, skill level, and concerns of each horse and rider. Not one size fits all when it comes to horsemanship, so we will be sure to tailor each activity to the needs of each horse and rider!

We believe that horsemanship is not a hard skill that has right and wrong answers or good and bad results. We enjoy viewing horsemanship as a life long journey that can be creative, flexible, and fun! You and your horse will practice horsemanship principles taught in these workshops in a way that puts you into the creative flow and engages your horse!

Make friends in a relaxed atmosphere designed to inspire people to share and learn from one another.  Be prepared to learn from the experiences of others and their horse projects. Working on projects in a group setting allows us to observe horse behaviors, challenges, and creative solutions that could help us now or in the future. 

These workshops are offered from 1:30-4:00 pm on Saturdays in order to make them accessible, affordable, and easy to digest. Horses and riders are encouraged to take breaks in the arena as needed as they watch other participants work. Dismounting is always welcome if you or your horse need some rest during the workshop. This gives our horses an opportunity to digest their experiences as well.
